This is my go to sauce, it has so many layers from sweet honey, rum to to the warmth from the chilli. I’ve already stocked up for the summer as the neighbours request my chicken wings, which are coated in The Captain.
Since meeting Waz last year, he’s a great guy who’s passionate about the sauces he’s created. If you haven’t tried them, I personally recommend this one.
Waz’s Sauce Hut sauces are truly amazing and add such a fantastic change to your cooking! I have enjoyed The Captains Choice for a homemade Lasagne as well as a Bolognese, really added deliciousness to the meal.
