This is my go to sauce, it has so many layers from sweet honey, rum to to the warmth from the chilli. I’ve already stocked up for the summer as the neighbours request my chicken wings, which are coated in The Captain.
Since meeting Waz last year, he’s a great guy who’s passionate about the sauces he’s created. If you haven’t tried them, I personally recommend this one.
Waz’s Sauce Hut sauces are truly amazing and add such a fantastic change to your cooking! I have enjoyed The Captains Choice for a homemade Lasagne as well as a Bolognese, really added deliciousness to the meal.
Have 2 x others to enjoy when back from Thailand and will continue to spread the word.
They do so well too as a small business working so hard behind the scenes ??

My absolute favourite out of the collection! I have used this silky sauce with it’s delicious layers of rum, then honey and finally that mouthwatering kick chipotle. Even put it on my pizza the other day 🙂
We just love this new flavour, We put it over chicken before cooking on the bbq. Really delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness and really livened up dinner tonight. It won’t last long in our house!
Beautiful sauce! I used it to marinate chicken wings for bbq and they were delicious. All my friends loved it. I also used it as dressing on salad. ?? Definitely recommended it. Happy customer!

Had to stop to make time to do this review from my busy schedule, to add that this wonderful ‘Apple Bourbon sauce’ called the Gentleman’s Choice was absolutely delicious! I added to a lasagne I prepared yesterday, I seriously will be doing it again and highly recommend it as an addition for lasagne even spaghetti bolognese ….. Happy Cooking all!! 🙂

My son won’t have any other sauce with his tea, when we have tea he doesn’t ask for ketchup, he says ‘I’ll have Waz’s sauce’! It makes him happy. Happy son, happy mum! 🙂 It tastes amazing!! Our cupboard always has a bottle of Sweet Embers Cherry Cola in. 100% recommend x
