Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to the whole of the UK including NI, Highlands & Isles as at 01/04/2026. All orders are processed within 24-48hrs on week days depending on the time the order is received and shipped out the next working day (If out of our control & the carrier doesn't collect next day it will be reschedule to be picked up the following day). Receipt of delivery is between 2-5 days based on service used. Orders are not delivered over weekends. Any orders received over the weekend or bank holidays shall be processed the next working day & collection the next working day following that. IE: If processed Monday items will be shipped Tuesday. In the event of our offices being closed suddenly with no prior notification due to an emergency, all orders will be processed the next working day once office reopens & we shall do our best to notify customers.
