Sauces

According to English Law we are not obliged to offer refunds for sauces purchased unless unfortunately they are received in a damaged state caused during transit. If this occurs please photograph the damage BEFORE opening the packaging. Upon opening the package if the bottle / bottles is / are broken or cracked please take a further picture so we can address the matter with our courier. Please then contact us by emailing sales@wazssaucehut.co.uk within 24hrs so we can arrange for the item / items to be collected at a convenient time to you and we shall despatch a replacement sauce / sauces to you as soon as possible within the usual delivery timeframe. If however you would prefer a refund please make us aware of this in your email and upon receipt of the damaged goods we shall arrange for a full refund to be made to your account.

Merchandise

A customer may return an item of merchandise at their own expense if they decide they do not like the item or it does not fit. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of the item. We must be notified immediately by email at sales@wazssaucehut.co.uk that you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange and a reason must be provided. The item must be returned unworn – aside from trying the item on – in the original packaging in a clean, undamaged state and a refund shall be made excluding the original postage. If an exchange is preferred we are happy to send out a different size upon receipt of the original item. The difference in cost will need to be paid or in the case of a less expensive item refunded before sending out the new size. We shall send an order for payment.

Manufacturing Faults

In the unlikely event that an article of merchandise such as T-Shirts, caps or beanies is damaged upon receipt and is deemed a manufacturing fault, the article needs to be photographed upon receipt and the item packaged back in the original packaging. An email must then be sent to us at sales@wazssaucehut.co.uk along with the photograph and copy of original purchase order. We shall then arrange for a postage stamp to be sent to you via email to print off and return the goods to us within 5 days. If upon receipt it is deemed the fault is not a manufacturing fault the cost for returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility and the cost of the original postage to have the item returned to us will be charged for refund. Until the refund is received we cannot return the item to the customer. 

Transit

If merchandise is damaged in transit then proof of this must be provided. A picture of the damaged packaging the item came in and the item within 24hrs of receipt of the goods. An email explaining the situation can be sent to sales@wazssaucehut.co.uk along with the photographic evidence and a copy of your original invoice. We shall then arrange for either a refund to be made or for another identical item to be sent out to you. In the event of the item not being in stock anymore but further stock is expected in, we shall contact you, the customer, to ascertain whether you prefer a full refund or are happy to wait for the new stock to come in. In the event of it being a sale item that is no longer sold a full refund shall be made to you.

Delivery

We deliver to the whole of the UK not including NI, ROI, Highlands & Isles as at 01/04/2023. Contact Angus & Oink for orders to these areas, other than the rest of the UK, & they shall process your sauce orders. All other UK mainland orders are processed within 24-48hrs on week days depending on the time the order is received and delivery is between 2-5 days. Orders are not delivered over weekends. Any orders received over the weekend shall be processed the Monday after the weekend.

Shipping Charges

As at 1/4/23 charges are based on weight of the order and costs are £4.00 & £6.99. Orders over 10kgs please contact sales. Delivery is by Royal Mail or Parcelforce
