Added the Carpe Diem to my spaghetti bolognese yesterday and it was a belter!

I’ve used the sauce to marinade steak prior to cooking on the bbq, other times I’ve used it poured over a sliced steak. I’ve also used it when cooking Beef Short Ribs in the oven, adding the Carpie Diem into the cooking liquid lifted the dish to another level. Give it a try, you’re missing out!

Really like the Carpe Diem. Was recommended and I wasn’t too sure. Used in a slow cooked stew and was lovely!! With a nice little kick.
