Honey Rum Chipotle Sauce
The Captain of all Captains! A silky, sweet honey sauce with complex notes of spice from good quality rum that leaves you with a whisper of smokey undertones and a fabulous chipotle kick at the end. Amazing with pretty much ANY dish! Add to a curry, marinade and then grill some chicken. Still firing up the bbq, finish off your ribs with a generous glaze of honey rum chipotle. Or mix with some mayonnaise for a scrumptious burger – beef or not!

Water, Ketchup (Celery), Honey, Brown Sugar, Spiced Rum, Worcester Sauce (Fish – Anchovy), Chipotle Paste, Butter (Milk), Sriracha, Apple Cider Vinegar (Sulphites), Onion Powder, Coffee Powder, Garlic Powder, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum (E415), Hickory Liquid Smoke, Paprika, Salt, Chipotle Powder, Cayenne Pepper.

This is my go to sauce, it has so many layers from sweet honey, rum to to the warmth from the chilli. I’ve already stocked up for the summer as the neighbours request my chicken wings, which are coated in The Captain.
Since meeting Waz last year, he’s a great guy who’s passionate about the sauces he’s created. If you haven’t tried them, I personally recommend this one.

Waz’s Sauce Hut sauces are truly amazing and add such a fantastic change to your cooking! I have enjoyed The Captains Choice for a homemade Lasagne as well as a Bolognese, really added deliciousness to the meal.

My absolute favourite out of the collection! I have used this silky sauce with it’s delicious layers of rum, then honey and finally that mouthwatering kick chipotle. Even put it on my pizza the other day 🙂
